Online Return Policy

Returns are accepted for a refund/exchange/store credit within 7 days from the date your packaged was delivered to the address (date will be shown with Canada Post tracking). Please note all jewellery, bathing suits, bodysuits and sale merchandise (including purchases made with discount code) may not be returned for a refund or exchange- unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Orders that originally included free shipping will be deducted a $10 fee on their returns if their initial purchase would no longer have qualified for the free shipping without the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return, shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). All Returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchased amount will be refunded back to the original form of payment.  

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

For pick up orders, you have 7 days from the day the pick up notification is sent to you.

In Store Exchange Policy

In store purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase.

Pick up orders have 7 days from the day you are sent the notification for a return, exchange or store credit.

Any sale or promotional discount used on any purchase is final sale and not eligible for exchange/return/store credit/refund.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to existing orders that have already been fulfilled. 



Preorder purchases will have 7 days from date notified ready for pick up. Preorders shipped out have 7 days from the date package was delivered. 


Special Orders

Special Orders are non-refundable. As these are styles that are brought in just for the order, they are not eligible for a refund. 


Holiday Exchange Policy

For any regular-priced, new merchandise, we will gladly issue an exchange or merchandise credit until January 8th, 2024. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached, and all items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

All sale and discounted items, undergarments, hosiery, and jewelry are final sale.

Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card.
